Rosedale-Moore Park Condos

Old-money ravine streets and grand houses north of Bloor.

About Rosedale-Moore Park

Rosedale and Moore Park are Toronto's archetypal old-money enclaves, draped over the ravine system north and east of Bloor and Yonge. The streets curve deliberately — Rosedale was laid out in the 1860s to follow the topography rather than fight it — and the housing stock runs to grand Georgian, Tudor and Edwardian homes on deep wooded lots. This is one of the wealthiest postal codes in the country, and it wears that quietly: hedges, gates, and very little signage.

The neighbourhood is defined by green. The Rosedale and Moore Park ravines, Mount Pleasant Cemetery and the Beltline Trail thread through it, and residents walk or cycle those paths daily. Rosedale and Summerhill stations on Line 1 put Yonge within a short stroll, while the Summerhill strip — the old North Toronto rail station, now an LCBO — anchors gourmet food shopping. Households skew established, professional and family-rooted across generations.

Condo stock here is deliberately scarce. Apartment living concentrates along the Yonge and St. Clair edges and in a handful of boutique low-rise buildings; you won't find glass towers mid-ravine. Buyers tend to be downsizers leaving nearby houses or professionals who want a prestige address with ravine access, and inventory is thin enough that well-located suites rarely sit.
