Toronto's new condo projects — reserve a unit off floor plans, lock today's price years before occupancy, and review the developer’s published pricing and floor plans with an independent Toronto Broker.
Pre-construction condos are sold before — sometimes years before — the building is finished. Buyers reserve a suite off the floor plans during the registration, VIP and public-launch phases, then close on occupancy once the building is complete. It's how investors and end-users lock in today's price on tomorrow's building.
Developers typically release their earliest allocations at the widest floor-plan selection and the strongest incentives, which is why these projects are worth watching before they reach the public market. Those allocations are the developer’s to grant — this site does not hold one.
Leave your email and I’ll send new Toronto pre-construction launches as they are announced, with the developer’s published pricing and floor plans once released.
Pre-construction project details — pricing, unit mix, deposit structures and occupancy dates — are indicative, assembled from public developer materials, and subject to change without notice. They are not MLS® listings. Confirm all figures with the developer's current price list before relying on them.
