Scarborough Condos

Town-Centre towers, GO-connected value and Toronto's biggest green spaces.

About Scarborough

Scarborough is Toronto's eastern borough — a vast, diverse district where the condo market concentrates around Scarborough Town Centre, the Agincourt and Kennedy corridors, and a string of GO-connected nodes. It is the most affordable major condo market in the city, and one of its most culturally rich, with food and community life that draws buyers from across the GTA looking for genuine value and more space than the core can offer.

Getting around is anchored by Line 2 to Kennedy Station, the borough's main transit gateway, with bus rapid transit and GO Transit (Scarborough, Eglinton, Guildwood and Agincourt stations) carrying riders across a large area; the Line 2 Scarborough subway extension to Scarborough Centre is under construction and will further reshape demand around the Town Centre. The district is also home to the University of Toronto Scarborough campus and Centennial College, which underpin steady rental demand.

Scarborough's green spaces are unmatched in the city — the Scarborough Bluffs, Rouge National Urban Park and the Highland Creek and Morningside ravines. Condo stock is led by Town Centre high-rises and a fast-growing pre-construction pipeline along the transit corridors, with pricing that remains the city's most accessible entry point — the reason first-time buyers and investors keep looking east.
