Edenbridge-Humber Valley Condos

Affluent Etobicoke homes along the wooded Humber River.

About Edenbridge-Humber Valley

Edenbridge-Humber Valley is one of Etobicoke's most affluent enclaves, draped along the wooded banks of the Humber River around Royal York Road and Eglinton. It is a neighbourhood of grand detached homes on large, mature lots — ravine backdrops, winding streets and golf-course frontage rather than density. St. George's Golf and Country Club, one of Canada's premier courses, sits at its heart.

Royal York Road is the spine, with the Humbertown plaza serving as the local shopping anchor and Royal York station on Line 2 a short drive south for the downtown commute. The Humber River valley trails and the broad green of James Gardens give residents direct access to some of the prettiest ravine landscape in the west end. The population is established, prosperous and family-oriented.

This is primarily a house market — condo stock is limited to a handful of low-rise luxury and boutique buildings rather than towers. Condo buyers here are typically affluent downsizers who want to stay in the area, trading the big house for a maintenance-light suite while keeping the ravine setting. Pricing reflects the prestige of the enclave.
