About Junction Triangle
The Junction Triangle — and the broader Dovercourt-Wallace Emerson-Junction area around it — is one of Toronto's most striking transformation stories. A small wedge of land hemmed in by three rail corridors, long industrial and overlooked, it has reinvented itself into one of the west end's most creative, fast-rising neighbourhoods. Old warehouses now house galleries, studios, the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) at the Tower Automotive Building, breweries and the Henderson and Halo developments, while the West Toronto Railpath — a beloved elevated cycling-and-walking trail on a former rail line — threads through it all.
Transit and connectivity are a core strength. Lansdowne and Dufferin stations on Line 2 frame the area, the Bloor GO and UP Express at Bloor station put Pearson and Union minutes away, and the railpath gives cyclists a car-free route toward downtown. Dufferin Grove Park, Wallace-Emerson Park and the community centre provide green space and recreation, and the Geary Avenue strip's breweries and workshops have become a destination in their own right.
Condo stock here is increasingly new — design-led mid-rises and loft conversions that have drawn creative professionals, young families and investors betting on one of the city's most dynamic west-end pockets. The area's industrial bones, art scene and railpath give it a distinct character that newer districts can't replicate. Pricing runs mid-to-upper for the west end, with strong momentum tied to the ongoing transformation.
