Sold prices
Toronto sold-price history
Sold prices for Toronto and GTA condos are available to registered users under TRREB's Virtual Office Website (VOW) rules. The TRREB IDX feed used to display active listings on CondoGo.ca is restricted to active listings only — sold and leased data must be served from a separate VOW data feed and shown only to users who have signed the VOW Client Agreement.
How to access sold prices
- Create a free account and accept the VOW Client Agreement.
- Once approved, sold-price history unlocks on every listing detail page (last 12 months) and across the building history view.
- Or just message Scott directly and he can pull comparable sold prices for any building or neighbourhood within an hour during business hours.
Per TRREB compliance, sold-price data may not be displayed publicly. We do not publish sold prices on shareable URLs, in metadata, or via any unauthenticated endpoint.

By using CondoGo.ca ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The Site is operated by Central Home Realty Inc., Brokerage ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility & intended use
The Site is intended for consumers with a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate in Ontario, Canada. You may not use the Site, its data, or any of its endpoints for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to: scraping, automated extraction, resale of MLS® data, lead generation for unaffiliated agents, or training of machine-learning models.
2. MLS® data & IDX
Active listings shown on the Site are sourced from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) PropTx IDX feed and are not a complete reflection of all properties available on the MLS® system. Information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by TRREB, PropTx, or us. Listings shown are property of their listing brokerages.
3. Sold & leased data (VOW)
Sold, leased, and historical price data is provided under TRREB's Virtual Office Website (VOW) rules and is available only to registered users who have executed the VOW Client Agreement.
4. Lead capture & communications
When you submit a viewing request, offer message, or contact form, your information is sent directly to Scott at Central Home Realty Inc., Brokerage. We do not sell or share your information with third-party lead resellers. Email replies are sent via Resend; analytics are collected via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.
5. Tools & estimates
Mortgage calculators, affordability calculators, home-value estimates, and rent-vs-buy tools on the Site are educational estimates only. They are not financial, legal, or investment advice. Consult a licensed mortgage broker, lawyer, or financial advisor before making any decision.
6. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
